Swanbrook Lake

Swanbrook Lake is in a perfect location with tranquil, picturesque surroundings. An ideal place to relax and enjoy a perfect days coarse fishing. Swanbrook is approximately two acres in size and contains a mixture of general coarse fish including Carp, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Perch along with some beautiful Koi and Grass Carp that can be seen feeding in the surface layers on a warm day.

The Canal

The Canal Lake is a 40 peg pleasure and match lake containing a good stock of: carp, bream, tench, chub, roach, rudd, barbel and perch. The fish can be caught on most methods on this lake, but the favourite tactics seem to be coarse fishing close up to the far bank. As with the Swanbrook Lake, there are a few illusive carp in the canal that are rumoured to be around 20lb! The Canal offers a great setting for a perfect days coarse fishing.

Serpentine Lake

Our Serpentine lake also known as the Doughnut, is a fantastic pleasure and match lake that is stocked with most species and even in the coldest months of the year they keep taking the bait. Each of the 15 pegs have been carefully selected, so that each angler has a feature to fish within comfortable reach.
Simple tactics work best on this lake and don’t forget to bait up under your feet.
